"I’ve been using Cricket for our family..."
I’ve been using Cricket for our family phones, it’s been helpful, especially when it comes to the parental controls. I wasn’t looking for anything overly complicated or something that would turn into a whole project every time I wanted to check on things, so I’ve appreciated that I can keep an eye on my kids’ lines and set a few limits without too much effort. It makes me feel a little better knowing I have some control over what’s going on when they’re out of the house or just spending time online. The setup was also easier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. So far, I really don’t have any complaints.

"Nice little extras I don't have to think about"
I’ve been with Cricket for a while now, and the included perks are a big reason I haven’t bothered switching. I’m not usually someone who pays attention to bundle stuff, but this one actually gets used in my house, especially on lazy Sunday nights when nobody wants to agree on what to watch.

The Max subscription that comes with my plan has been really nice. I use it more than I expected, and it’s kind of great not seeing a separate charge pop up just for shows. Setting it up was simple too, just logged in and it worked, which I appreciated because I was doing it while eating leftover pizza and did not have patience for a whole tech project.

The phone service itself has been solid for me, calls and data do what I need, and the extra stuff makes the price feel more worth it. It’s not some fancy, complicated deal, it’s just easy and saves me a little money every month, which I’ll take

"Honestly, easy to use and the language options are a big plus"
I use cricketwireless.com whenever I need to check my bill or mess with my plan, and my first reaction was okay, this is easier than I expected. The wording is clear, and I like that it doesn’t get weird or hard to use on my phone.

The Spanish option is a huge help for my family because not everyone is fully comfortable with English. A few things still feel kind of tucked away and take extra clicks to find, which is a little annoying in the moment, but overall I’ve had a good experience with it

"Super Easy Phone Setup"
I bought my new phone online and, like, the support team helped me get it activated really quickly. There wasn’t any headache or anything, i’m happy with how it all went.

"Helpful alerts… when they feel like showing up"
The text alerts are actually useful for knowing what’s going on with my service. Sometimes they come a little late, which is great if you enjoy finding things out after you’ve already noticed the problem yourself.

"Easy for me to check my plan and pay"
I mostly use cricketwireless.com for myself when I need to check my plan or pay my bill, and it’s been painless. The pages load fast on my end, and I don’t feel like I have to click around forever just to find what I need.

I also changed my autopay without any hassle, which I appreciated because I don’t like wasting time on simple stuff. For me, it’s just nice when a phone site works the way I expect it to and doesn’t make my life harder.

"Ads was mostly right"
I saw the deals online and they was close to what I actually got. One extra fee kind of caught me off guard, but overall it matched the ad well.

"Pretty easy for travel calls"
I mostly use Cricket because I call family outside the US and I travel here and there. I wasn’t totally sure it would be simple, but adding international calling was actually easy. Roaming worked fine for me in Mexico too, unless I just got lucky, but I didn’t have to mess with any weird setup. I basically turned it on and used my phone like normal. The prices seem fair to me, at least compared to what I expected. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Useful, but basic"
It does help me keep an eye on my data usage, which is nice, but there’s not much else to it. It’s easy enough to check what I need, though I do wish it felt a bit more detailed or polished.

"Fast and reliable loading"
I’ve been really happy with how quickly the data loads. Even when I’m pulling up multiple pages or refreshing reports, it comes through fast and doesn’t seem to bog down at all. It’s nice not having to sit around waiting for things to catch up...

"Pretty reliable backup hotspot"
I’ve been using my Cricket hotspot whenever my home Wi-Fi gets flaky, and overall it’s worked well for me. Connecting it to my laptop is simple, and the speeds are usually good enough for what I need. It’s not perfect, especially if I’m in a busier area, and there are times when it slows down quite a bit. But for the price, I’m happy with it. I’d say it’s worth considering if you need a decent backup connection.

"My account finally feels safe"
I had a weird login attempt pop up and the fraud alert came through fast enough for me to stop it before anything happened. Support was reassuring too, basically saying, “You caught it in time, just update your password and we’ll help keep an eye on things.” it made me feel a lot better about using the account now.

"WiFi calling works well"
WiFi calling is actually solid at home. Calls stay clear most of the time, but it still drops every now and then like a little jerk.

"Spam calls have finally slowed down"
I’ve been using Cricket for a bit now, and the spam blocking has helped more than I expected. I still get a random one here and there, but it’s way less annoying than before. The caller ID is useful too since I can usually tell who’s calling before I answer. It’s not perfect every single time, but compared to what I was dealing with before, I mean..

"I feel good trusting them with my info"
I’ve been using Cricket Wireless for a while now, i haven’t had any sketchy moments with my personal info or account. When I log in, it feels secure enough for me, and I appreciate that I’m not stuck digging through confusing privacy settings just to feel in control. My payments and account details seem protected, which matters a lot to me. It’s not fancy or anything, but for what I need, it feels safe, simple, and easy to deal with.

"I mostly use the Cricket app to..."
I mostly use the Cricket app to pay my bill and check my data, and for the most part it does what I need it to do. It’s easy enough to get around, and I do like not having to go to the website every time just to handle simple stuff.
The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it randomly loads slow or sends me back to the start screen, which feels like something that probably should’ve been fixed by now. It’s not the end of the world, but when I’m in a hurry, it’s definitely annoying.

"Pretty decent once it finally worked"
I switched over to Cricket and, the service has been fine so far. The activation part took longer than I expected though, and I had to restart my phone a couple times before everything actually kicked in. Chat support wasn’t super clear at first either, which was a little frustrating. Like, come on, just tell me what button to press. Anyway, once it was finally set up, it worked like it was supposed to. The price is decent too, so overall I’d say it’s okay. Not amazing, not terrible, just a bit annoying at the start.
